RETURN POLICY & MAKE-UP POLICY

CLASS POLICIES & CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY

Classes are nonrefundable. With enough notice, students who can no longer attend a purchased session can receive a credit that can be applied to future classes and/or our storefront. Changes made 14 days before the start of a session will result in a 100% credit; Any changes made less than 14 days before the start of the session will result in a 50% credit.

Once the session begins, we do not offer any credit or class transfers.

Because we keep a minimal amount of classes, Dusted and Blue cannot offer any Make-Up Classes. (Basically because there is no other class to attend!) It is up to the student to utilize independent open studio hours to practice. If a student misses a class, they can request for extended practice time during the studio hours.

Kiln Firing Allotment for students

Tuition includes kiln firing for up to 12 finished pieces per student or up to 1,000 cubic inches of work (length × width × height), whichever is reached first. Unless noted otherwise in the class description.

Cubic inches are calculated using the maximum length, width, and height of each piece at its widest points. Larger works will be counted proportionally toward the total cubic inch allotment.

Work exceeding this allotment may still be fired as kiln space permits and will be subject to an additional firing fee.

WORKSHOPS POLICY

Workshops are nonrefundable. Cancellations made a minimum of 7 days prior to the start of the workshop will receive a credit to be used for a future class or to be used in our shop. Cancellations made less than 7 days will not receive any credit.

TEAM BUILD POLICY

Team builds are nonrefundable. If a team build would like to cancel and rebook, they must notify us at least 7 days before their current reservation and will be charged a $45 re-booking fee.
